Halal Laboratory Workshop

On 10th August 2017, we were invited to join the Halal Laboratory Workshop organized by INHART Laboratory at the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM), Gombak. The workshop was held in conjunction with the International Halal Assembly 2017 (IHA). Apart from knowledge sharing on Halal Science, we were also given the chance to display line-up of our products ranging from the HALTEST Pork Dipstick Test which targets the end consumer to the PorcineTrace Real-Time PCR Kit which utilizes a more sophisticated technology for lab specialists.
The participants were interested in HALTEST Pork Dipstick Test, which can be easily used by anyone to check presence of pork contaminants in their daily food within 20 minutes. Some participants such as researchers and lab personnel were also attracted by PorcineTrace ELISA, PCR and Real-time PCR Kits for their lab applications.
This workshop was a good platform for us to introduce our products to participants that are mainly from academic institutions and research labs. We hope this can be a great start for future collaboration especially with INHART and other Halal labs and research institutions nationwide.
